A $25 deposit is due upon finalized booking of your service, which will be credited towards your total upon service completion. We are happy to issue a refund of your deposit with 24 hour notice of cancelation. We cannot return the deposit if notice is given less than 24 to service time.
We take pride in caring for pet homes and pet families in Philadelphia. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please email or call us at (609) 977-0690 and we will issue a full refund. We are a small, locally-owned company, and only want to see our clients and their pets happy and smiling. Please let us know of any errors or dissatisfaction right away.
Services cannot be performed if the home or pets have fleas, and by booking this service you certify that there is no known presence of fleas in the home or animals.
Clients must disclose any chemical allergies prior to service, and inform Companion if you would like us to use your own products. If no disclosure is provided, Companion will provide all tools (vacuum, mop, etc), and cleaning products. Full product list is available at any time.
By booking this service you certify that any animals that reside in your home and nonaggressive towards strangers. Any pets who behave in an aggressive manner must be disclosed beforehand and out of the home during the entire duration of service.
Litter box cleaning services cannot be performed if the cat(s) have any known contagious illnesses, including but not limited to ringworm, cryptosporidiosis, and toxoplasmosis.
